Aerial footage of Ellicott City, Maryland, shows the devastation the area suffered less than two years after a similar flood.  Howard County executive Allan Kittleman said his immediate priorities were finding the missing man and assessing the condition of damaged buildings that housed shops, restaurants and families.

I liked the honest reality we live in reminders...God is real. I pray for these people and it makes me appreciative of my life.

The people who live there know what happens when it rains as much as it did. But did they move to higher ground? Did the city officials warn them? Did the state officials warn them? Too bad they don't even have a smidgen of common sense.
