New drone footage shows extent of damage to Ukraine dam

Drone footage shows villages surrounding the Kakhovka dam completely submerged in water, with only the roofs of buildings visible.

The Kherson region suffered catastrophic flooding after the dam collapsed, affecting tens of thousands of people. Russian officials have blamed Ukrainian bombardment for the collapse on the Dnipro River, in an area that Moscow has controlled for over a year, but Ukraine says Russia is to blame.
