SYMPTOMS

Headache, redness in the face, tingling, weakness, chest and abdominal pain.

CAUSES

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a chemical compound that is a food additive for supposed flavor enhancement. It is usually found in Chinese and Japanese foods and is used as a meat softener. MSG is increasingly being put into other processed foods (such as solid vegetable proteins, gelatin, Hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, yeast extract, calcium and sodium caseinate, whey, broth, malt extract and many other foods), but without the product label saying that it contains it.

NATURAL TREATMENT

You should avoid processed foods in order to avoid MSG.
It is known that vitamin B6 deficiency intensifies MSG symptoms.
