Also this video is just aimed at being informative, BUT I LOVE playing Non-Meta decks! So please play any deck you enjoy! (I also regret not putting Blaine a bit higher.)

What the tier list should be in order :
1- Pika EX variations (some can go behind mewtwo but on average Ill put them above). Explanation : best early game deck with Blane, decent mid game. Most consistent deck in the game, doesn’t have any perfect counters but has many niche match ups (arcanine EX, mewtwo, prime ape, blane). Does not feel unfair but very linear and predictable.
2- Mewtwo Gard. Explanation : Best mid game and very good late game, quite consistent, though highly dependent on gardevoir even though possible to win without it. Decent Pikachu match ups but has a couple hard counters : arbock wheezing, alakazam wheezing and charizard ex versions. Also very linear even though the setup might seem cool the first couple games.
3- Starmie Articuno : the deck is very solid without misty and misty can just clutch unwinnable games. Bad lightning match ups and niche mewtwo match ups but quite strong into anything else. Not complicated to play and linear play style but the games end up being very diverse.
4- Blane : very strong quite consistent though reliant on getting one of the two lines out quickly. A lot of good match ups, fun to play and also linear. King of early game and f2p/no exes.
5- Arbock Wheezing : other wheezing variations could take this spot however I feel like this version is overall the best because of its overly favorable mewtwo match up and playable pikachu match up. This is the first non linear deck on the list and the deck is very f2p. Hard to master and very rewarding. Quite unfavorable match ups into anything other than the 2 best decks but never unwinnable (loses against other wheezing decks which is ironic). Definitely a must try.
6- Between Venusaur and a fighting deck - haven’t tried them too much though I just don’t like the rng and overwhelmingly good going 2nd but terrible going first of fighting decks (also rng).
7-probably blastoise or dragonite. Haven’t tried their complete versions yet
8- the unmentioned / the cope

Blaine should be tier 1 because I feel it is pretty consistent

Is it just me or the mewtwo deck is not consistent because .I have lost so many games because I don’t get Gardevoir fully evolved

I just stumbled upon this video and I am shocked to see Godzly play Pokemon TCG 😅 Last time I saw Godzly was back when I was still into CODM 🤣

I been blasting through all the usual meta decks with a double Exeggute EX, Parasect, and Pidgeot deck. Exeggute for cheap potential 80 damage, Parasect for guaranteed 80 damage, Pidgeot for constant pressure, all while healing with Ericas and potions.

in my opinion i think the issue in a venusaur deck is ofc it being slow and weak to a fire deck but when people say the issue is the use of exeggutor ex then just swap it out with a regular exeggutor, youre only using it for tanking anyway. otherwise this deck is goated.

Pika, imo, is the best deck at the moment. Arcanine/Zard are very close behind Pika. Again, this is my personal opinion based on my recent matchups.

I think Alakazam/Weezing (2x Pokeball, 2x Oak, 2x Koga, 2x Giovanni, 1x Sabrina, 1x X Speed) is underrated. It is good against Mewtwo Ex and Giovanni allows you to oneshot Starmie and Venusar (also Pikachu).

You should make a video on what cards/decks are going to be the most future proof

Think the list is fine but blainne is 1 for sure thoo it is super consistent at just closing games early and machamp should be higher in 2 for sure his turns transforming goes so smooth cuz of his curve in energy cost to attack being so good and him being able to one tap Pikachu and even zapdos or starmie with a Giovanni is great the deck is also quite flexible when talkikg about the secondary pokemon you pick machamp does really struggle hard against mewtwo but that can be said too for starmie against Pikachu

I immediately concede when I play against a pikachu ex deck 😂
