I personally like meowth as an extra basic in charizard to draw extra cards to thing the deck, its cost retreat of 1 is also really good bc it becomes free with x attack and allows u to go into moltres to start boosting your bench with energy. Downside is that it makes you vulnerable to a well-timed red card. However if meowth stays on the field, you can easily regain your advantage

That Jeff dude has his panties on fire with this topic, for some reason he's all triggered that people are daring to bounce ideas about what may be good in the game lmao. Just because people are having a feel for the decks and starting to speculate what a possible tier list might look like, he gets all "oh but how can people be talking about best decks, game's out for 3 days blah blah blah". Well, first off, the game is not something entirely alien. For a lot of people playing and/or watching content about the game, they're already familiar with the actual TCG, some have been for almost 30 years. So obviously, some, if not a lot of knowledge and experience simply carries over to this game. Besides, the game is super simplified, the card pool is small, decks are 20 cards and 2 copies of each card at max. But apparently people are crazy to be speculating what the best decks may be, apparently he thinks we should wait for at least a couple of +300 people tournaments before daring to take some wild guesses about decks on the internet *gasp*.

Marowak EX & dugtrio is almost as effective as the starmie deck. It's brutal dude defo top tier. We are now starting to tell those that played pokemon tcg & didn't by the ability to cook decks.
