gulab jamun recipe | gulab jamun with milk powder recipe

Here is the recipe
For dough =
3/4 cup milk powder
1/2 cup maida/ plain flour
Rava (optional)
1/2tsp baking powder
Lemon juice (optional)
2tbsp ghee or butter
Milk (for kneading )
Ghee or oil (for frying)
Rest the dough for 10 minutes
Sugar syrup =
2 cup water
2 cup sugar
2 cardamom
1/4tsp saffron
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp rose water (optional)
