Gulab Jamun with Milk Powder
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Sheera (Sugar syrup):
-Pani (Water) 2 Cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) slightly crushed 7-8
Gulab Jamun:
-Dry milk powder 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) seeds ½ tsp
-Ghee 3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Ghee for frying

Directions:
For Sheera (Sugar syrup):
-In saucepan,add water,sugar,cardamom and cook until sugar is dissolved.
For Gulab Jamun:
-In bowl,add dry milk powder,all-purpose flour,baking powder,cardamom seeds and mix well.
-Add ghee and mix until crumbled.
-Add milk and mix well,cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-Wet your hands with water and knead until smooth dough.
-Now makes 10-12 small smooth balls of same size,make sure they have no cracks.
-In wok,heat ghee and fry on low flame while stirring gently.
-Make sure ghee is not very hot otherwise gulab jamun will not cook well from inside or will burn.
-When gulab jamuns becomes golden,add them directly to the hot sugar syrup and leave it for 30 minutes.
-Garnish with pistachio and serve.

-Saucepan mein pani,cheeni aur hari elaichi dal ker cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
For Gulab Jamun:
-Bowl mein dry milk powder,maida,baking powder aur hari elaichi seeds dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ghee dal ker crumbled hunay tak mix ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,dhak ker 10 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Haathon ko pani sa geela karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein.
-Ab is mein sa ek size ki 10-12 choti smooth balls bana lein,is baat ka khayal rakhein ka balls mein koi cracks na hun.
-Karhai mein ghee garam karein aur halki ancch per fry ker lein aur musalsal stir kertay rahein.
-Is baat ka khayal rakhein ka ghee bohat ziyada garam na ho werna gulab jamun ander sa kachay reh jayenga ya phr jal jayenga.
-Jab gulab jamun golden ho jayen tou foran garam sheeray mein dal dein aur 30 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein.

Yr jo koi bhi mera comment perh raha hai to plz 1/4 cup milk aik sath na dalna sambhalna bohat mushkil ho jata hai or doosra ye ka ager kisi ka frying pan non stick nahi hai to ball ko aik dafa maida me coat kr loo or teesra ya k agr normal balls banana hain to 1 tsp ka ball banana frying or sheera me jana k bad khod hi bohat acha phol jata hai. But on the other hand bohat tasty tha. Mujhy kuch problems aai to socha k share kr don 😄😄😄❤❤❤❤

I made them today...but after i took them out of the frigde i couldn't knead it...i had to add alot of milk to knead them....but after that i fried them nd they didnt break ...and i put them in the syrup...it didnt get hard also...jazak Allah for recipe❤

I tried them today but ended up with scattered batter so my mum suggested me to add an egg to it. I added egg, milk powder and flour ans then it came wonderful. No wonder my mom is amazing. MASHA'ALLAH

G thk kha Asad ny main ny amna ki recipe try ki thi wo oil mein dlty he melt ho gy thy fir main halwa Bana lia.... Recipe ka msla yhe hai k ya oil dalty hain banty waqt wo nhe dala jata main ny send dafa jb bany tu oil nhe dala tu bht zabrdast ban gy thy....

Made it today. Came out good. One of the trick in frying is to keep the oil spinning in circles in the pan. Either by moving the pan or stirring with spoon. It browns and cooks gulab jamuns evenly.

I tried gulab jamun recipe.. i skipped elaichi in sheera and added a pinch of elaichi powder in dough.. they turned out yummy.. thanks for the recipe

I tried this recipe today, my gulab jaman were not properly cooked from inside, but I tried again and again and I won 🥰 my family got shocked to see the gulab jaman. I am very thankful to food fusion.
Note: food fusion should demonstrate proper instructions like flame of stove while cooking, how to put balls in pan, cracking balls solutions, because all negative comments are the reasons of this incomplete instructions.

There isn't a single recipie of food fusion that even went wrong for me. It is the BEST ! It's my go to for everything, I dont even bother checking any other channel. I LOVE food fusion. Thought you guys should know that. :) my kitchen heros, always saving the day. Haha

Pinch of pissi ilaichi
1 egg
1 tb spoon oil
Saray ingredients KO mila k egg se dough bana lay then hatheli ki madat se balls bana lain aur dheemi anch par talay jab tak required colour na a Jaye phir sheera me dal k 10 mint paka k flame off or dhak day 1 hour sheera me rehnay day after that badam pisata khopra dal k garnish.
