I lost my mom when I was 9, and I’m 16 right now. Hearing how close you were with your mom and how much you both loved each other breaks my heart. Put a tank top underneath your waist trainer. And you only need to wear it 8hrs max daily

I came here looking for a tutorial on a good waste trainer, what I didn’t know was I’d be blessed w a touching poem and prayer from someone idek. Last year was the hardest year of my life and I experienced pain I never have before. Great tip, wear a thin tank top under the waist trainer to prevent rashes, acne, and marks like that !

I also lost my Mother late last year and the pain is unbearable, your words truly touched me and I cried so hard. My Rock is gone and I feel so empty but as you said that God will help us through it I believe that. Only thing that comforts me is that I will see her again one day with stories to tell as you said. My condolences to you I know the pain your going through everyday, it's something you wake up thinking about and going to sleep thinking about. Yes, I have been waist training for the last 5 years. When I started I weighed 192 pounds. Now I weigh 135 pounds, and I have reached my goal. I'm sorry about your mom passing. I too, I have lost my mother about 15 years ago. It gets better to handle as time goes on. Praying and setting goals that she didn't achieve that I was interested in doing, helped me get through. The best, was giving my life to my Abba Father and my Savior Yeshua! Without Him, I can do nothing, but with Him all things are possible... While I was grieving, my Savior comfronted me as I learned His Word and His character. He truly love us, He's wants to have a personal relationship with us... Thank You, Father and Friend! Amein...
