2 very strange superstitions of the royal family. First, Weddings. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have proven that they are not afraid to go against royal customs. And one of the scandals was the date of their wedding - 19 May. It turns out that the late Queen Victoria did not approve of May weddings; she believed that weddings in the fifth month of the calendar year bring bad luck. Second, Ravens. For over 300 years there have been exactly six or seven ravens living in the Tower of London. You may ask why? King Charles II insisted on protecting the Tower's feathered inhabitants, who he believed would preserve both the nation and its monarchy. In fact, according to a long-standing superstition, "if the ravens of the Tower of London are lost or fly away, the Crown will fall, and with it Britain." Visitors can still enter the ravens' dwelling to this day.

Well cant argue about the superstition of weddings. Harry does not look happy at all when he is with Megan. Their honeymoon phase looked like it was over after the “i do’s”.

There is a simular supersition but it was raven instead of crows for the Habsburg dynasty. The story goes that the birds had saved a Habsburg ancestor from being attacked and killed by a flock of vultures sometime around 1000 AD. To show his gratitude, he had a watchtower built deep in the woods as a place for the ravens to live. About a hundred years later, a Habsburg relative decided to turn the structure into a castle to try and show off their wealth and power. They decided to chased the ravens off, killing some of them in the process. It’s said that after that, supernatural ravens called Turnfalken began haunting the family, becoming a kind of death omen. People beleive thats why the dynasty collapsed but let be honest it was all the inbreeding.
