I am now 3 months postpartum. Since 15 days i am feeling dizziness throughout the day along with head ache. BP and sugar are normal. What are the reasons for this and what can i do to reduce.

Mam... My blood grp B (negative) after baby delivery oru injection potaanga.... Antha injection potu 6 days la rubella injection poten.... Aduthaduthu 2 injection potathu ethum problem aaaguma mam....
