Gratitude has the ability to lift your mood and elevate your enjoyment!
Having a daily practice of gratitude can move you from a focus on fault and lack (your mind’s default mode) to a wider perspective of abundance and joy, and it can do it very quickly! Once you learn this meditation you can do it anywhere and anytime you need an instant mood boost!

🌼 Restorative Yoga is a healing practice; and as the name implies, is a practice in restoring the body and mind to balance and well-being. While other forms of yoga and exercise involve toning and stretching the body, Restorative Yoga is all about the release.
🌼 Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice with the emphasis being on innercise, rather than exercise, making it accessible and available to all no matter the level of fitness, from athletes looking for rest and recovery, to those with limited mobility looking for gentle movement and release, to anyone wanting to de-stress and find peace.

Reduces physical pain and facilitates healing.

We combine breath with dynamic movements to strengthen the core and lengthen and tone the entire body. This mindful practice is great for releasing stress and building physical and mental resilience.
