As a current XR user, I will agree. Skip the XR, go get the 11 if you want a decent budget used iPhone. Better cameras, better baterry life, better performance overall. The XR isn't a bad phone, far from it. But 11 is a batter deal overall.

The only reason i wouldnt recommend the iPhone 12 is because for the same storage option the price difference with the 13 is only 50usd, 128gb is 749usd vs 799usd for the 13

Im into “Tech” and my first choice is the SE3. Just because one swipes with gestures doesn’t mean they’re any more or less into Tech than anyone else

iPhone XR has the exact same display as of iPhone 11. In my opinion, display shouldn't be a reason to skip iPhone XR.

I have the coral XR — I bought it used for a great price! I'm still rockin' it to this day! Unless Apple releases brighter-colored devices like their XR line, I'm sticking with my current device. ♥

Can I say something the iPhone se 3 has much more power and runs so much faster then an 8 or 7 plus I think the tiny display is neat

I just bought the iPhone 12 for like 660€ a month ago, the iPhone 13 is around 800€. I prefered to take the iPhone 12 instead of the iPhone 13 and save 150€.

iPhone 12 is great if you don’t mind not having 3 cameras, I love my 12 because of how resilient it is, and I got it for free with Verizon

I personally don’t see the SE getting an original redesign anytime soon. One of the ways it becomes cheaper is in the way it reuses resources from older devices to save time and research resources. If they choose another iPhone to base the fourth SE off of, I think it’ll be either the XR or the 12 Mini, probably when the classic wide notch becomes less associated with Apple’s current design vision.

The difference between LCD and OLED is actually more apparent in how long you stare. Fatigue due to staring too much on a less detailed resolution and lower quality display is faster on phones. Not really much on Monitors and their pixel densities but considering the distance between the eyes and the phone, it has a major difference. You don’t use your phones with an extended arm always. So, OLED is better for eye comfort.

I’ve been using the SE 3 since late April. I have no complaints. I highly recommend it if you don’t want to give up the Home button design.

iPhone Se 2022 user here. I wouldnt skip it. It does it work. And much lighter than the heavier iphones out there.
