I have had crazy odds with fomantis, I’ve only checked about 15 of them so far since the shiny release. 2 of those 15 were shiny.

THIS EVENT, So I was on my way home, saw a Fo Manty, now mind you, Lurantis is BEAUTIFUL so I really wanted a shiny girl and as I was coming home after work around 10 or 11pm, right at my house I got a shiny Manty!!! I was so happy I was yelling in my car. The following day I ended up getting 8 shinies! 8... I've never had that happen outside of a community day event or GO Fest.
Today, Miss Manty brought me more shiny luck! I gave her the tag Lucky Mantis, then I sat there for a long time debating on evolving her... I wanted to get a second one, baby pokemon are the best, however, I caved. NO REGERTZ :) I love her, best buddy ribbon incoming! Miss Manty is bestest luck bringer, ever!

Well done on shiny Fomantis JT I got mine from research today only took 81 checks which isn't bad at all, I'm hoping i can get another one so I can evolve it

I'm in the Northern Hemisphere and I can safely say that nighttime Pokémon start spawning somewhere between 01:00 and 04:00. Needless to say, I'm not getting any of those shinies.

I got a hundo metang I was so happy!!!! Hundo cottonee in the wild and another shiny cottonee and solrock. I was able to evolve my shiny cottonee and i love the form. the only reason i really evolve shinies if i have double or the first dont even look like a shiny lol. Good Job man. i wish your videos were longer like the old ones

Niantic really fu*ked up this event. Here in finland nighttime spawns last from 2.30am to 4am and nobody plays during that time.
