Living with anxiety and depression provides enough of a trial to get out of bed each day, but mix in a PTSD trigger, and it can shut me down anywhere from a day or 2 to months. I have been down for a couple of months now and it took the request for me to cook something (from my bff) to drag me out of bed.
She's on a school camp and wanted some "real food" she knows is safe for her to eat and a batch if the now traditional snickerdoodles I send her off to camp with.
First thing I did was watch you, Chef JP, the video I landed on had a bowl of emotional support butter on the counter and I finally cracked a smile.

A potato masher takes things to a new level. The best crazy use I've found is using it on hard boiled eggs to make a really fine egg salad. Amazing texture.

Please can you do honey roasted carrots and parsnips or cauliflower cheese, some British classics. Make sure to finish the carrots and parsnips with a honey mustard and garlic butter! Love your videos chef❤
