That stop was lit! I have been doing roller hockey for 4 years and I learned how to do it like day 2 of practice. I've since learned way too many stops and this is one of my favorites, to anyone thinking it's cool, it's not all that hard to learn. You can do anything you put you're mind to.

Had a pair of Mission 3500 I had when I was a kid in early 2000s and wore a hole bigger than a half dollar on the inside of my foot from powersliding. Used to burn the side of my foot up when I’d stretch out on them longer slides, might even pop a toe out 😂 Had to do it for the ladies tho! Sheesh the memories those skates could tell from years at the rink.. Sad the place is a Planet Fitness now…

Growing up my family was very poor, so when I was maybe 11 yrs old, I was beyond surprised when my mom got me a pair of roller blades for my birthday. It was the first time I had ever gotten what I wanted and couldn't believe my mom had the money to get them for me. She was even able to get me the knee pads and elbow pads. Unfortunately she didn't have enough for the helmet. But as a kid, I was like "Who cares!!! 🙌 I got roller blades!!!" Well my mom had to work a lot and none of my siblings new how to roller blade, so I was on my own to learn how to use them. Well back then (the 90s) after learning how to move in the blades, I couldn't figure out how to brake so I gave up. Cuz there was no such thing as the internet and YouTube videos. But watching this video clip and a couple of your others, has really got me thinking maybe I can finally learn how to rollerblade to the whole capacity!
