This is a problem I currently have! We gave up on cleaning the urine stains from our dogs because it wouldn’t come out but now I have a strategy to follow to begin the fight once again. Thank you so much for this helpful video!

Thank you, thank you! After trying 5 different cleaners, I was about to give up. This completely took out my dog's set-in urine stain on a WHITE wool rug! I am so happy! You saved the day.

This worked 100%. I see it has stained carpets pink so not sure if this onoy works for a beige carpet as my carpet is the same color as in the video. For anyone with this color carpet, it works just as it does in the video. Its like magic! I almost WANT my dog to piss on the carpet now!

😊Is there something I can use instead of ammonia, I can't find ammonia in my town.

I'm looking at a carpet in a house that has several stains and hope this might work. But I think it would add up quickly if you had to do multiple steps with the enzymatic cleaner. Is it remotely possible that leaving it on longer instead of lifting it after 5 minutes might be an alternative? Or does leaving it on for longer than 5 minutes possibly cause other issues or does it render it in the fact of it it's on too long?

Hi - this looks wonderfully straight forward. Would a weak/diluted white vinegar be a suitable replacement for amonia?

Would you mind explaining the reason for the heat? Thank you!

Thanks for sharing your knowledge about this. Do you think a steam cleaner & bonnet would just as well as the the pot of hot water?

Hello! Is this method safe to use on a colored patterned rug? My concern is that using these products following this procedure will fade or stain the color of the rug in the stained area. Thank you for the content, it helped a lot!

I just treated an old yellow urine stain on my beige carpet (previously treated with enzymes) and after using your method twice the spot remained. Interestingly, I noticed no ammonia smell so I checked the bottle I purchased through Amazon. The clear ammonia had almost no detectable odor of ammonia. I’m assuming this is why it’s not activating the H2O2. I just purchased another brand so I’m hoping this time it works. I will let you know. I would recommend avoiding the brand LA’s Totally Awesome Clear Ammonia. Very watered down. Fingers crossed it will work with the new ammonia.

Hey Jimmy, thank you so much for all your videos. They have helped me tremendously. I recently got this cleaner but wanted to ask a question, is it possible to put this in an upright carpet cleaner? I have several stains over about a 3’ x 5’ area and was wondering how it would be possible to tackle all of it. And is it better to use this method or the ammonia/6% hydrogen peroxide soaking method?

Lastly, is there a way to remove the ammonia odor after I used the soaking method? I smell it when the sun hits the carpet throughout the day.

Thanks again for all you do, I appreciate you.

Is mixing hydrogen peroxide and ammonia then adding heat not a little bit dangerous?

Anyone have any other enzyme cleaner recommendation instead of bacout? I was hoping to get a gallon jug but they don't sell it on Amazon in Canada and it's over 100$ from third party sellers.

My problem is more of the odor, not really stain. In that case, what steps should I take? I heard that using ammonia based product will cause dogs to mark more. I want to deter my dog from marking again on the same spots…
