How to Wash and Store Fresh Grapes!

Grapes can last for weeks when washed and prepped properly! Here's what I do to get them ready for our fridge!

So I have been trying your method for a while now and I just gotta say it is awesome!

I do have a tip though. I recently got Swedish dishcloth paper towels and I decided to use them for this method and lay my grapes on them to dry.

Drying time took a little less then 2 hours! I'm pretty sure if I checked on them more often and flipped then over to dry wet sides it would have gone way faster. BONE DRY!
I also put one in my jar with the grapes. Now my jar has no condensation I am so happy lol 😆 these dishcloths are so awesome and eco friendly I am happy it worked well with the cross legacy method.

You did everything I do except storing in airtight container. I use a container with good ventilation they last about 2 weeks or more. Great video 👍🏽

There are holes in the bag that grapes come in - is it ok for them to be in an air-tight container, or does the lid need holes?

Hi ok thanks for letting me know, im now looking for bananas, i stopped buying banana as it gets bad quickly, i tried putting whole banana in fridge an whole outside the fridge both ways dont work so im just wondering if i could dice banana an store in fridge

Yes generally bananas ( whole) is kept on counter i know but mine dont so I guess u meant i should cup my banana and place on counter? therefore i tried fridge but still dont work an as for freezing some things is jus better not frozen, yes i never froze banana but i did freeze grapes and i did freeze onion raw and fry onion i freeze and i did freeze tamato and i did freeze strawberry but the taste of these alls, is definitely altered so grapes and tamato and strawberry an raw an fried onions alls these i no longer freeze an as for banana im guessing taste wil be changed too so now I'm planning to dice up banana and put in fridge or counter , wen u said counter u mean cut banana and put on counter?

Hi does grapes go bad faster when washed an then stored or the other way, some people do recommend that fruits should only b washed once u ready to use it so therefore im confused

I'd say let use fruits to save another fruit -- instead of using vinegar we can just use good old lime juices to preserve grapes. They're acidic and antibacterial too 😇
