Step one: get a sink and gadgets like that.

Do not put anything down the garbage disposal that isn’t liquid or won’t solidify when exposed to cold temperatures. My mother was a dispatcher for a plumbing company and one of the most common reasons for an evaluation was due to a clogged garbage disposal.

I worked for a french pastry chef that lined all his fruit on paper towels. I've done it at home, it's the coolest thing. The berries last longer after washing, they don't mold, just eventually shrivel up.

Omgsh, all those beautiful strawberry tops wasted 😢 They're edible. I sometimes use them to make compost or feed them to our chickens or hogs. We also try not to put food down the sink because it's bad for our plumbing and it causes our septic tank to fill up more quickly and getting it pumped is expensive.

I’ve never washed them. Ever. And here I am still alive, never got sick at all and I have a great immune system- I don’t see why you should wash them anyway but ye perhaps in other countries they put a virus onto it or something idk man
