I wish I could send this man a huge bouquet of flowers or something. I wish I could buy him a huge garden filled with so many flowers!!!! So pure and so kind!

I’m trying to let go of my anger but I keep failing and failing. Once I my blood boils, I drop everything of what I learned and I say things and do things before even thinking of my consequences. Thank you Thich Nhat Hanh, I like your teachings

I think when we get angry we manifest pain and bring it into the world, even if we hold the suffering within ourselves the pain is still brought into the world as a whole

So much peace to be gained …see with compassion, see the misconceptions and mindfully breathing. Listen, try to dissolve the misconceptions with compassion…No war needed💕🙏

Strenghthening the watcher like sharpening the sword of presence lessens the anger waves; piece by piece anger subsides. At first it seems like a neverending monster, yet there are unexpressed tears, stoned feelings who need the rays of compassion coming from loving, warm-hearted humans.

This is true unless the person is a narcissist. If they are they were deeply wounded as a child. They are unable to love, but can do a lot of harm with the way they manipulate, lie, gaslight, love bomb, etc. Take new relationships slowly!❤

anger is there for a reason. anger is taboo..maybe when it consumes us and distorts our experience in the present.

I'm not violent I'm just sensible and living with a person that provoking me and humiliated me, and get my family into their hands being a psychopath and trying to hurt me when we are alone. I hate that nobody see his true face but I became the culprit and lining a bad life all alone with depression and poverty, because living in a place where people hate you is like a he'll. 😩😫

I tried this just now. I felt anger coming up because of something someone has done to me, and I tried to acknowledge and recognize their suffering. But I just couldn't. It's SO painful to acknowledge someone else's suffering when they have caused you so much unbearable pain. Because you ask yourself, what about my suffering? No one has ever acknowledged and recognized my suffering. So why should I do it with other people? is it because the anger is also hurting me? When will anyone ever care about making me suffer less?
I know that they're suffering but when I try to transform it into compassion, it's too painful. It's like there's a thick barrier that holds me back. I am aware that I probably just need to practice until it works, since this is the first time I tried it. I took deep breaths, but pain took over me.
