During power failures sometimes the generator would oscillate resulting in lights dimming. So we had problems with the gas regulators (there are 3) so I jumped to the conclusion that the problem was the generator was starving for fuel. I was wrong, but there is a simple solution!

This video shows the gas pressures and amperage while under test.

Hot dang you were about as close to full load amps as the Generac could carry with just the water heater !! No wonder the old gal was huffing and puffing !! Awesome job my friend.

Could I ask a question? The internal regulator on my unit, there's a propane line going into it obviously. I just bought a 12kw Generac Guardian for 1200 bucks. I'm taking a gamble. Anyway the line was once taped up but it degraded and the pipe is filled with rust. Can I just unthread that from the regulator?

Naw something else wrong that 23kw cant do a water heater i think you need some training

That sounds like it needs a new battery.. It is cranking too slow.
