Показать описание

We are testing a 22kW Generac Generator Water Column (gas pressure) for Liquid Propane. We should have 10-12 inches of Water Column and it should not drop below One Water Column during the following:
Engine In Standby Mode
Engine Cranking During Startup
Running Without A Load
Running With A Load Applied To The Generator
And, Full Load Applied To The Generator

In this video you will see we maintain the required water column throughout all the tests given. The gauge flickering is acceptable, however It is preferred the gauge does not flicker. This generator passes the fuel pressure test because, we do not drop below 1 water column.

Galvanized pipe. I am so glad you are so far away from us. Do you fix the engine when the pipe rust inside and ruins the engine.

Don't install the external drip leg. #1, this is not legal in many jurisdictions, even on Nat gas (not allowed drip leg in below freezing ambient conditions), and #2 = best of all, there is already one inside the unit right before the demand regulator. No need to duplicate what's already there from the factory!

Nice job! How did you setup your load tester to simulate varying loads?

What a messed up looking gas line. Why the jump in size? Why not bring the gas line up at the generator and eliminate the extra piping. I see a drop line but not a filter.
