Just change your devices time to between 10th October - 1st November for halloween and 24th December - 1st January for Christmas.

Halloweens main upside is the pumpkin armor, it's basically iron but instead gives 10% damage. Coupled with the pumpkin pie and you easily can get ready for the eye of Cthulhu.

its funny that I didn't even know that the Christmas and Halloween events can happen on there own until I decided to open up terraria on Christmas last year, I thought you can only get them after you beat the pumpkin/frost moon

you can just change you’re date on the date and time setting on windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11
