45 Minute Total Body Tri-sets Torture: The Ultimate Strength Workout

Build & burn with this torturous total body workout using a tri-set format that involves moving through 3 exercises with no rest!

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells. I used a set of 3kg + 5kg +7kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

How it’s done: There are 16 Tri Sets to complete. Exercise 1 & 3 of the Tri-Set will be the same exercise & Exercise 2 will be an isolation or variation of that exercise. The Tri-Set will be as follows:
Set 1-An exercise (45 secs)
Set 2-Isolation/Variation (30 secs)
Set 3-Same as first Exercise (45 secs)
Rest 30 secs

You are true to your word in saying you would post more 30 and 45 minute workouts! I greatly appreciate it! I really enjoyed this workout today! I like how you had the same exercise for 45 seconds twice with the 30 second different exercise in between and no break in between. I also like how you had different variations. For example, the seated dumbbell snatch and the wall deadlift. To my favorite trainer, thank you!

I tried doing this and then I stopped at the 20th minute and then continued with another upper body workout. I was out of breath! I will come back to this one when my strength level gets higher. <3

Some pain and challege is good! This was torture but when you get to the peak of your own mountain...wow what a view!! Good to be reminded that you can still go further than you ever thought possible. Your potential is endless as you never stop believing ✨

Great full body workout!!! I had never done the wall one leg and it is effective. What a WORKOUT!!! Thanks Penny!! Plan to do this twice a week all through March as I want to master some of the exercises like the last one. Penny FLIES through it....while I am stumbling to get up LOL!!! Try it people...FUN and Good SWEATING!!
