since u jump rope 5-7 days a week, do u do leg day also?

Love it man. Skating and surfing can be tiring. surfing in the gulf (texas)…i am exhausted paddling just to get a wave bc the waves here are just choppy

I like that you mentioned skating, I also skate but on inline skates, 3-4 times a week (free skating and agressive skating), and it can be an amazing full body workout specially legs if you put the intensity into it, and most importantly, it is super fun and has to be done outside so you get to take fresh air, some sun and watch beautiful landscapes that your skates takes you to, just like with jumprope, the city is your gym.
I also jumprope 3 times a week and gym 2 times a week. But I really prefer skating and jump rope for the fun factor, having a shredded physique and amazing cardio are just secondary effects. Inline skating and jumproping makes me happy.

I find at my age (54) I have had to cut back to 3 days skipping one day off then 2 days skipping one day off because I get really sore feet. I still enjoy skipping rope I just have limitations now 😊

Hey man, you said that you have scoliosis, i'am just wondering if you include squat in your workout, i have been avoiding squats my entire life in the gym because i also have a condition called LLD ( leg length discrapency ) and the effect is quite similar to people who have scoliosis such as uneven shoulder, uneven hips etc

I hate working 60 hours a week. I though about living on the streets just to stay more healthy with much more freetime for sports and guitar.
