The guys that played in the NFL in the 1970's, 1980's, and 1990's used to get concussions at least 2-3 times every month. They just called it "a guy getting his bell rung" and they would just shake it off and keep playing throughout the game. Back then doctor's didn't really understand how devastating brain trauma was on the players.

I have been a fan of Tua since high school, but I think he should hang it up, A lot of people act like the hits you get injured on are these big hits but most of them are routine tackles at best, which is the worst part about it

He won’t retire but he should. I love football but I feel like after college it’s too dangerous, and even playing high school and college is still bad. I just like it too much to say we should get rid of it altogether.

This is obviously very dangerous. I hope he calls it a career. In combat sports, a fairy tell ending sometimes doesn’t happen. He is a fantastic player that has a great college career and proved to be an elite qb in the nfl. His life is too precious to risk another head injury!
