The fact I was holding my foot the whole time while watching this video 💀

My impulsive thoughts would have made me yank it with no second thought

I stepped on a push pin once, a soon as I saw it I yanked it out. The shock of just seeing it in my foot almost made me pass out and it was really painful, painkiller spray worked great

Dear doctor, I have been a podiatrist for over 30 years. My feet are killing me and yourself has changed the perception of our great field and importance. Now when people ask me what kind of doctor are you and I tell them, I am a podiatrist. In the old days, the person would say with a frown you’re just a podiatrist? Now when I tell them, I am a podiatrist the reaction is much different.. they say wow you’re a foot specialist! Will you see my grandparents ha ha. Keep up the good work and since you’re in California, you should really do a television show comedy about podiatry. You’d be perfect for the role. God bless.

I trod on a screw once and went to A&E to get it unscrewed and cleaned up. They checked via X ray it wasn't in the bone first.

Removal wasn't so bad - I was on gas and air at the time, but the cleaning... yikes. Did the job of stopping it from getting infected, but there was a lot of blood, and it hurt. No way was I doing that myself. Walking was pretty sore for the next couple of weeks.

Antibiotics is very important and to keep any wound clean is also very important to prevent any infection and such :) love you all and blessings as well ❤also wearing gloves and keeping everything clean and sterile to use for any first aid / treatments with injuries/ wounds

My ingrown hurt like hell so I couldn't move. I went to the doctor about a week later cause it's recurring. Even had it x-rayed cause I dropped my laptop on my toe and maybe there could've been a fracture - I'm glad there wasn't but she wouldn't give me antibiotics. 🙄 That was a year ago and up to this day my ingrown says hello to me twice a month! 😭 I even get a fever sometimes. I think it's my body fighting the bacteria. 😔

This happened to me when I was about 10ish.
It was a rusty dirt covered nail in a moldy rotten piece of wood.
My granddad's brother just put peroxide and cotton rap on it.
No o didn't go to the hospital, they fixed it right then and there

The fact that I was so focused on her that I couldn't see the process of taking out the nail from the Foot.

Pulled a floor staple out of my foot that had been there a while because I had other foot pain at the time. My pain tolerance worked against me then.

Did the guy pulling out the nail start gagging as he pulled it out? 😂😂

I'm so lucky to be in a country were my tax pays for my medical care. So I don't need to worry about a medical expense. This mostly only happens in America as people are to scared to get medical care

If that's hitting the bone, you could end up with a bone infection and then you're hosed!

I had a stick stuck on my heel once when I was exploring the woods. I remember it goes a little deeper than 10 inch cuz when I pulled it out I can see the blood on the stick. I compared it with my finger.

when I went home I was rushed to the nearest clinic to be inspected if there's any splinter. The doctor got really mad at me for pulling it out, and mad at my parents for not looking after me. As was 8 back then, and sometimes, I think I still can feel it.
