Instead of the toe bro you’re the pedi queen, thank you for putting out helpful videos I’d argue without feet we couldn’t do much we need them to drive, get up stairs ride bikes, walk etc.

I started doing my own pedis at home because I have this fear of technicians who don’t listen to customers and end up cutting your skin too deeply. I did my first at home pedi and (sidebar) it was actually a nice stimulant for my ADHD, to focus on something and complete it within a timely manner.

You say cut straight across but I'm confused as to how that helps the ingrown nail as opposed to just making the nail shorter. Can you please explain?

I had an ingrown toe nail and when I went to go get it fixed, the numbing needle went through my entire toe. The most painful shot I’ve had 😭

I actually get ingrown nails all the time and all I do is cut out the ingrown nail and carry on my day 😅

I cut the sides out. It makes me way less anxious about getting ingriwn townails. If they are all visible they are not going to ever get ingrown. Plus i wear socks all the time anyway. No rudk of infection that way

You have to cut the sides out if there are ingrowns. Trust me. That’s the only way to get ingrowns out. And than it’s regular maintenance to come in for pedicures to mark sure the toenails don’t curve in to create ingrowns. Cutting the cuticle is fine it helps clean the toes and remove all skin so u can see better if there’s anymore nail digging in the sides

Would you please do a video explaining when it is best to remove a toenail due to refractory fungal infections? I think many people have this question, but hesitate to have the nail removed because it takes so long for it to grow back. After 4 years of trying to rid the nail of fungus I'm wondering whether it is best to remove the nail on the big toe.
