Bouncing up and down on the yoga ball or doing figure eights really helped me!

I know you don't me and I'm just a stranger on the Internet BUT I follow a really great 10 minute yoga routine every day and it kept my first son in a great position throughout the whole pregnancy. I'm currently pregnant with my second son and its doing much the same. Its called 10 minute yoga for beginners. It's 6 years old and it has a blue barrier around the video. It's on YouTube for free 🫶🏻🤞 fingers crossed for you regardless

Hey! I know you don’t know me, but don’t feel discouraged if your baby doesn’t flip. It happened to me and I tried everything in the book from poses to an ECV procedure. You are doing amazing, keep up the good work. Your body knows how to help your baby flip just like how it knows how to make your sweet baby ❤

Sit in a warm bath and place an ice pack on your stomach where the babies head is. The baby will move away from the cold and swim down towards the warmth. As baby flips move it down whichever way they are turning and make sure to sit up more or lower the water so you can put the ice pack lower down on the stomach!

I had a baby flip head up about 3 weeks prior to due date .He ended up being footling breach so an emergency C-section was needed before water broke.Turns out God was watching over us the placenta previa that we thought had moved, had not moved enough for a safe vaginal delivery. That was 40 years ago.Things have gotten so much better for women and babies with exercises and technology when birthing babies. I pray you have a beautiful safe delivery.

I was told by a nurse to get into a hot bath & then place an ice pack on the top of my belly. The baby essentially runs from the cold and will sometimes flip.

I didn’t even up needing to use the technique but I’ve seen people online saying it works.

My baby is currently posterior and fully engaged I’m 37 weeks and have 2 weeks until my induction to get him off my back 😅 he has only moved there in the past 2 days

Hopefully you get your bubby where they need to be ❤ and have a safe delivery x

I swore by the yoga ball in my last pregnancy, I’d sit on it to watch tv or when talking to people etc it became my go to seat. I d just sit there lightly bouncing or moving my hips in circles.

For the first position, you want you torso to be completely perpendicular to the ground. That means you’ll need to be leaning from a higher surface like knees on a bed and arms on the floor. You’ll need someone to offer light support so you don’t fall over. Then hold that position for 30 sec- 1 min and repeat 2-3 time. Sending love from a home birthing momma who has flipped multiple babies.🥰

Just want to share a little encouragement that this did work for me and my baby! He was breech at 36 weeks, and head down at 37 weeks! I attribute it partly to the Chiropractor, along with some of what you did in this video. :)

I got to somehow spin my baby on their head 90 degrees. Their head perfect their feet no. They just need to move and face my spin and not my side. Good luck to the both of us!!!

Youre baby literally cannot come out in a transverse position. They'll move by themselves dont worry 😅
