In the Avatar Comics, after Aang defeats Ozai and ends the hundred year war, Zuko takes his place as the new fire lord and to restore peace back to the four nations, Zuko, Aang and the Earth King Kuei plan to remove the fire nation colonies that had been set up in the earth kingdom with Sokka helping with the naming, settling on The Harmony Restoration Movement
The Earth King plans a public celebration where he will announce the movement to the people but before the festivities began, team avatar goes to visit the Jasmine Dragon, which is a tea shop that is owned and ran by Uncle Iroh who had retired after the war
It is here that Aang and Katara share another kiss, only to be interrupted by Sokka walking in on them
They are both clearly embarrassed with Aang’s cheeks turning cherry red as Katara and Sokka continue to argue
Aang tries to get the conversation back on track and Sokka mentions he wants to take Appa on a ride before the celebration begins
So they all hop on Appa’s back as colourful fireworks litter the sky and the Earth people celebrate the movement announced by their king
But amidst the happiness and celebration, Zuko worries about the future of the fire nation, asking Aang to promise that he will end him if Zuko ends up becoming anything like his father

The world is divided into four nations -- the Water Tribe, the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation and the Air Nomads -- each represented by a natural element for which the nation is named. Benders have the ability to control and manipulate the element from their nation. Only the Avatar is the master of all four elements. The ruthless Fire Nation wants to conquer the world but the only bender who has enough power, the Avatar, has disappeared ... until now. His tribe soon discovers that Aang is the long-lost Avatar. Now Katara and Sokka must safeguard Aang on his journey to master all four elements and save the world from the Fire Nation.

Reminder that this turned out horribly because the Fire Nation colonies they were “removing” had hundreds of years of history in those settlements and the Earth King didn’t bother to check with any of the history beforehand. He saw Fire Nation and decided to deport them.

I just finished avatar after six days from when I started watching it and it’s amazing so if you’re not sure you should watch it.. it will not disappoint. Yeah and also that kissing bit is in the show just solos doesn’t walk in
