Hi Matt, is it the same for kick throughs? do I have to touch my hips to the ground?
Thanks again for sharing this in detail by the way. I'm looking back at your videos and realized that you are really touching your hip to the ground. before I thought there was a 1 to 2 inches space due to the speed of your execution. hehehe
