I'm a university professor and I share your videos in my Data Analytics classes frequently. I'm going to be using this functionality for quizzes in the fall in the IT Project Management class I'm teaching.

I do not have an immediate need for "Forms", but always so glad when Leila brings these capabilities to my attention ... thank you ... thank you ... thank you.

PS
At the 3:15 mark, Leila asks; " What is your favorite day of the week?" Easy ... Thursdays at 5:00AM (USA - EST) ... 'Coffee with Leila' on YouTube ... 😍😍 ...😉

Leila, this video was incredibly insightful! Your step-by-step guide on creating surveys, quizzes, and polls was practical and easy to follow. I particularly appreciated your demonstration on how to review responses, which will be invaluable in understanding feedback and results. Your ability to simplify complex features into understandable segments is truly commendable. Looking forward to more such informative content. Do you have a video that directly compares Google Forms vs Microsoft Forms? It would be great to see a detailed comparison of features, use-cases, and the pros and cons of each platform. Looking forward to more of your informative content!

Thank you Leila for another powerful video. I can see the power of AI into this product of Microsoft. I see a lot of changes compared to the form I have been used to. Many might agree with me that Google Form has always dominated this field but now Google must react quickly before it is too late.

Survey!

I have been using Forms for a year and it has been very useful! Only thing I wish it had was a limit on the number of responses per survey, like Google Forms. It would have then been a perfect application for rolling out course enrollment (limiting the responses to the class size).

Hello Leila, I'm Ashutosh from India. Love your videos. I am a career counsellor and wish to your Microsoft Forms for personality assessments. But the assessment results will differ based on the responses of the candidates. How can I do that? Remember there are no wrong answers in the assessment.

Thank you for your informative videos on using Microsoft Forms! I have a specific question regarding Microsoft Forms:

I need to create a demographic profile for a group of 15-20 people. Instead of having these individuals fill out the form themselves, I want to enter the information myself for each person. Is it possible to set up a Microsoft Form where I, as the form creator, can input and store the demographic data for multiple people? If so, could you guide me on how to do this effectively?

Looking forward to your guidance

Very informative as always 🎉 I use Forms also for registration to internal events, combined with MS Lists and Power Automate (automatic confirmation, having the list as a source for certificates etc.)

Actually, my plans are to use it for a different purpose than any of the three you mentioned. I am working in a support team, and we have three different ticket systems, from which we need to collect data regarding things like, what was the origin of the ticket, which part of the world, which zip code, what topic, who handled the ticket, how long did it take to solve, was it easy, moderately difficult, or very difficult to solve, what is the short and clear statement of the problem, what was the solution, etc. Then we want to collect this data to use as indexed data for presenting to the software developers, business associates, etc., and for use by chatbots, and other uses. What would be a good way to set this up?

thank you for the amazing vid! I didn't quite see how the quiz designer find the data to tabulate and summarize after quiz responses are in? In an XL spreadsheet? Where is that set up to receive the answers?
thanks

Please do a video on ways to use Microsoft Lists or Forms along with Power Automate and SQL Server to replace the dreaded & problematic Microsoft Access databases scattered across many organizations.

A great video, ... again! Although I am a fun of Forms, it sometimes does not perform as supposed to. We recently had a live conference at the company and at the end of it we would like the participants to vote end express their opinion on that did they think about the symposium. Target was to share and present the data live so a PowerPoint was created that was drawing the data from the Excel file of the Forms. That DID NOT work and it was a big disappointment for everybody. The embedded charts were not updated and it seems that it is a known issue for Forms. Oh well, maybe MS will work on the subject and get to the same level as other solutions are already!

Dear Leila,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful video you recently shared. It was truly informative and engaging, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have a question regarding the utilization of forms for tracking material request placement from employees within my company. I was wondering if you might have any suggestions or insights on how forms could effectively be employed for this purpose. Your expertise and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

Warm regards,
