HERES SOME HELP

DONT HAVE "ini" FILE?
-"Fallout" and "Fallout Prefs" JUST MATCH THE TEXTS FROM YOUR FILE TO HIS AND FOLLOW AS HE DOES

NEXUS MEMBERSHIP... HAVE TO PAY?
-No! sign up and when it asks for membership simply leave the box unticked

NEXUS MOD MANAGER NOT OPENING OR DOWNLOADING? FALLOUT 4 NOT DETECTING?
- update it and/or download latest version

DONT HAVE PERMISSION TO EDIT?
-right click the file and go to "preferences" then click edit security, then click full control for your user

GAME CRASHING ON STARTUP OR DURING?
-Mods clashing or a mod screwing you, you need to simply find the mod and uninstall it simply the way to do this is to uninstall it if you dont know what file it is you will have to uninstall files then start the game if it crashes then uninstall more etc rinse and repeat (you can try reinstalling other mods)

what happens if you have installed mods from bethesda's mod installer in game? do you not have to edit the notepad files then?
