The much-awaited update for the Fallout 4 Script Extender, also known as F4SE, is finally here and it’s now fully compatible with the latest version of Fallout 4.

Now, I know some of you might be a bit bummed out because this new update has unfortunately disrupted all the mods that were installed in the previous version. But don’t worry, I’ve got your back! In this video, I’m going to walk you through a comprehensive, step-by-step guide on how to install F4SE and make the most out of the mods that have been updated for this new version.

this mod is lovely. it fixed my " out of range " ( have to turn off my monitor and turn back it on i) issue ... rather than 60-70 fps consistently, it is now 144+

I love you, it worked perfectly. From laggy 50-60 fps to stable 120 fps. Not to mention that the loading screens go much faster now

Oct, 2024. Mod works for me. Very smooth. Got up to 250 fps maybe more when running around. In the .Ini file there is an option to add a FPS limit too. I Set mine to 144 fps for my 144hz monitor, just to be conservative with my pc and power usage.

If using for FOlondon, make sure to use the older version on to install it manually. Turn Vsync off in nvidia control pannel

This is fantastic, thank you, you made it so simple and it has much more control than Load Accelerator. I'm new the the gaming PC era and I've appreciated the step by step!
My only question is, if someone could respond. Does this disable Steam Achievements?

It is surprising that a game from 2015 is so incompatible with modern pcs. This fix worked for me and so far so good. Good frames…without it the game was locked at 48 fps.

Just to add, for the se you don't need the read me or whats new files, they just take up a little data for no reason if you keep them

I can't get it to work and its super irritating. I downloaded the correct F4SE, mod version, did the INI changes, everything! But I still get a super sped up game.

Tip : put god rays on low or off in the launcher, doing this got me 30 more fps.
