The storytelling being handed over Miranda was such a great surprise to me! Her point of view added an incredible amount of depth to the film. A wonderful movie in every way!!

Kind of feel sorry for Miranda she has a life of what any other girl wants but there is something missing in her life is a family.

This scene wrecks me every time. It's probably one of the best in a movie full of incredible scenes. I think a lot of people understand bullying to some degree. I think a lot of people can relate in some way to Auggie and Via and whatnot. But Miranda's story is one that movies are not usually willing to tell. It helps us understand that sometimes when people hurt us, it's because they themselves are really hurting or struggling in some way. I mean, personally, I thought Miranda was kind of a jerk up until this scene. Then I saw this and it really moved me. I had been judging her actions without understanding the motivations behind them. This was really convicting for me.

I loved this scene. I was almost disappointed that they added her because I thought it would be a random POV. But her story really resinates with me and I relate to her on this level. I am going through these struggles and I am glad this movie adressed that

Miranda was personally one of my favorite characters like yeah she had some negative changes to her growth but she was one of those people who genuinely cared for Auggie and was going thru her own struggles like she was a truly good friend after all

Miranda is a different type of character. She was mean in the beginning, but that was because she was feeling lost and confused, especially with what was happening at her home. But the thing that made her stand out from other mean characters (Julian for example), is that we could still see she was a kind person. She called Auggie and talked to make sure he was ok. Miranda always looked out for him like he was her brother. Miranda didn’t exactly exclude Via out of jealousy or because she just turned into a jerk, in fact, I don’t think she even wanted to turn out this way. She just couldn’t help it. But seeing how she realized her mistake and was able to become herself again was amazing. She is definitely one of my favs in this movie
