I think you need to do more episodes on net margin optimisation, as there are so few podcasts that talk about this. I.e what your COGS, Ad Spend, OPEX & Net Profit should be, as a % of gross sales - with real examples from brands (no need to show the names). Most eCom podcasts just talk purely about decreasing CAC, but that's only 1 part of the expense sheet.
