I wired 2 dewalt 20v 9Ah in series now making it 40v 9Ah on what was a 36v 4.4 Ah scooter. Since dewalt batteries actually put out a lil less then 20v, im probably not far off of the 36v spec. I was gonna try to disconnect the speed limiter as well i think

Question: If I want to change my battery 36V/7.5 Ah with a battery 36V/100Ah what would change? Would I increase my range? Are there any dangers because of that?

So i have a gotrax scooter with a internal battery running 36V, if i add another identical battery would that increase the cap speed of the scooter or would it extend its acceleration? maybe both?

This is a clever mod. What scooter are you using? I was thinking of doing the same thing. Would any drill battery work or is there a reason you chose this one in particular? and also, none of the parts are linked in the description despite what the video says.

You definitely dont get more power from this youre putting in less voltage than the original batteries just feels fast cause your batteries are dead and can be easily revived by the way but anyway dont do this unless you want less power and basically no ride time i bet i could barley make it 2 miles on this thing

How many Volts is that controller? I have a 24V controller.
