i'vebeen practicing Qigong for over a month now. when I started I weighed 235 lbs. now I'm down to 200ibs. what I love about this is the stretching. it makes my body feel so alive. Elly is my favorite instructor. her voice is very soothing to me. I plan to continue making this a part of my morning practice.

I was nice to get back to Qigong practice again after doing yoga for a while. I find the Qigong and Yoga compliment one another well. It is easier to do QiGong out in nature when you are without mat. Thank you!

I love this White Tiger. She is so relaxing and makes it way to get thru the exercise. I hope I can lose weight but I'm doing this for healing my body mind and spirit. Getting that flow back is amazing ❤
