Logic Necessary vs Sufficient

A short video describing the difference between necessary and sufficient conditions in logic. Discussion motivated by 2 examples:
"if I am elected mayor, I will clean the streets"
and
"you can work here if you have a college degree"
The second example is the tricky one!
