Biconditional operator p <-> q
it's a conjunction between
p->q & q->p
the statement is true if and only if both of p and q are equivalent (both are true or false)

p<->q means p is necessary and sufficient for q and vice versa..
necessary ( p=false then q=false for sure)
sufficient ( p=true then q=true for sure)
