Great video man! I love my 38. I'm like you, the HDR on this monitor looks just too fake so I leave it off for the majority of the time. I'm also running a 1080ti. What's your desk layout btw? Ikea Karlby?

Just ordered this, even now 2 years later there really isn’t anything else better to get if going Ultrawide. Sure you can get the updated 2022 model with HDR600 but as LG had this for £744 brand new (around 895 dollars) it’s even more good value than it’s ever been and a no brainer. I think for me the only downside I saw was the low contrast level and the low HDR levels and a lack of HDMi 2.1 support to make this monitor truly perfect.
LG please add HDR 1000, higher contrast ratio and HDMi 2.1.
