I absolutely love to listen to this Doctor...Very transparent, and re-ensure.

Your videos bring me so much peace. I have had two miscarriages and I am now in the first trimester of my third pregnancy. These videos have brought me so much peace of mind. Thank-you from the bottom of my heart!

Dental work is generally considered safe in pregnancy. I do not see any reason why your friend should not have her dental procedure. The dentist will likely require a release from her OB saying that it is safe.

It is safe to drink alcohol when trying to conceive. I recommend drinking in moderation. Your pregnancy test becomes pregnant 2 weeks after conception and alcohol consumption during those first few weeks is unlikely to cause any harm. You should definitely stop drinking alcohol as soon as you find out you are pregnant.

I vaped 6mg nicotine my first month of pregnancy (didn't know) until I got suspicious of how much I was peeing and as soon as it popped out positive, I stopped. I miss it but it ain't worth the risk since vaping is still so new

You are safe. Dental x-rays have very low dose radiation. With the lead covering you are completely protected. Your baby is fine, no worries.

Can my friend have dental bonding done to correct a front teeth gap while pregnant? Her bonding chipped recently. She is 3 months pregnant. It requires no anesthesia or xrays. Takes about 30 minutes.

Is it okay to drink alcohol while trying to conceive? What about if you find out you are pregnant, but have drank alcohol in the weeks before? What are risks to the baby?

I wonder if the baby is safe when the body experiences cramps, exhaustion, or dizziness while working out or doing household chores. Is it okay to continue the routine if it leads to cramping heaviness or fatigue? Hope putting strain on body doesn't harm the baby during the first trimester. I think feeling exhausted and crampy should be a matter of physical discomfort only and normal in the initial months. What are your thoughts Dr?

I heard in a random video that travelling by car for more than 45 minutes is dangerous in the first trimester. Is this true?
