Hi Kim.... thank you for posting these helpful exercises. I'm five months out of a hysterectomy/oophorectomy and anterior vaginal repair. The anterior repair was unsuccessful, so I'm contending with cystocele and now vaginal vault dropping. I'm in the waiting list for a vaginal vault and further anterior repair. Any further suggestions you might have for my situation would be greatly appreciated 🙏❣️

Thank you for your help. On the wall exercise, I feel the work in my legs, anterior calves especially. Is there some place I could be feeling it in my pelvic floor or hips? Thanks again.

Thank you for this video. I do have two questions. First, what bone are you talking about in the first excercise? I've never heard of a sitz bone. Second, how many reps do you recommend for a 78 year old with urinary incontinence. I also had very successful total hip replacements 8 years ago, with no problems at all. Would you recommend any modifications?

I don’t recall hearing how many times to do each exercise or how often. Can you share that please.

Sadly many of us are unable to do floor exercises! Any that work well ( as in chair)?
