I live in Russia, where being a queer person is technically not illegal, but we have laws that are entirely prohibiting talking about queer people in media, using the LGBTQ+ flags (I still wear a pride flag bracelet in public because who cares), and transitioning is illegal since 2023 too. You can't take hormones, can't change your documents, etc., and it's so frustrating. I hope I can move to Europe next year.

Note for DIY testosterone, T definitely takes awhile for effects to start/be complete, but it’s *much* faster than E. For example, your voice will likely start changing in the first month, and start being noticeably different by about 3 months.

Just a note here for trans mascs at least in the United States. Testosterone is a controlled substance and you could face legal consequences. Also, the changes can happen quite rapidly and are quite noticeable so just be aware of that.

a note for anyone that is carrying anything for self defense! Make sure the items you are planning on using for defending yourself are everyday items! lawyers in court will claim that your knife, or base ball bat for example, are there with the intent to harm someone, even if you say it was for self defense you can lose the court case if they determine you had your defense tool with intent to harm someone in the future!

Note: I apologize i didn't word this the best, so do some research yourself, but court can get tricky stay safe out there!
