Malaysian here.Your 2nd tips is valuable as even myself don't wear headphones or earphones when walking or using transport as it will leave you defenseless when facing criminal such as pickpocket or bag snatcher. Well, the thing is you should just not using all of this while being outside of house basically when are accomodating yourself from a place to other destination especially for women.😅Even while exercising and jogging, I cannot fathom why people using earphones in ther first place when it could leads you to accidents😣

Yes very important and even more importantly so for a woman. If you tell ppl that you're solo you could get stalked . Becareful sharing this information with taxi drivers and uber drivers, as they're potentially dropping you off at your residence and you could be stalked. Last thing you want is the next day or so the uber driver from the previous night on your doorstep
