I recently gained some weight. A friend of mine was like, "You lose it easy though." Because I've gained and lost so many times before. Girl, if it were easy, I wouldn't regain. Ain't nothing easy about it.

Bingeing in a nutshell for me:
*Eats most of whatever I am eating*
Me: I am pretty much full...I don't need anymore of this.
*Food does Mortal Kombat dizzy animation*
Voice in head: #FINISHIT!
Me: I don't think I should but there is only a little left so why not might feel better when it is gone...
Voice in head: #FLAWLESSVICTORY!
Later in the day... stomach hurts #BRUTALITY
Stomach ache sends me to bathroom #FATALITY

I lost 30 pounds and gained 12 of them back from like 2 weeks of binging. You’ve helped me come to terms with the fact I will never be fully away from the mindset, that counting calories just has to be a part of my life if I don’t want to overeat. Now I am in a healthy weight range and was only slightly overweight but it’s more of a personal preference

Despite the binging, you have really good self-control to stop & not finish everything off. I used to have bulimia (classic old vomiting & laxatives kind), and everything was ALL OR NOTHING. ALL THE TIME. (I've been better for a long time though. Now I eat normal amount of calories and workout like a healthy person instead of compulsively.) It's also really admirable that you don't let one mess up throw your whole regimen off track. It requires way more will than it sounds like. Love and good juju to all the bingers out there. I hope this video helps them.

Please do a video on stress NOT eating! Whenever I get upset or stressed or something emotional happens I won't eat. Like not even a protein shake ; I'd love to see your advice on this from the view of someone who doesn't react to stress/emotional distress as I do

I love how honest you are! We have all been there, having discussions in our head where we try to justify our mistake of over eating. It does make me feel a little better, knowing someone as healthy and fit as you can still be the victim of a craving and binge

Thank you so much. I have binge eating disorder and binged for the first time in two weeks. I’m 284 lbs and just finished my year of college. So I’m just now learning to reverse the unhealthy habits I’ve been taught as a child. Love you girl!

About 3 days ago I had a "cheat day" and I ate like a maniac.The second day I binged again and ate worst.I felt bad about it because I am already half way through my journey and I gained 2lbs. I still binged yesterday.I feel like I have no control anymore. It is really hard to lose weight when your family buy unhealthy stuff and tell you to eat like them.
Ps when i binged i ate a whole tube of yogurt and a full container of peanut butter 😖
