If you are still having problems on a chromebook jus reset your chrome settings to default and clear your browsing history this worked for me

Didnt work (i get the error saying:the client and server dont support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite. This is likely to be caused when the server needs RC4, which is no longer considered secure.... Any suggestions?)
