Hi Andriana! Thanks for explaining! What I like from you and Michael is that you are team players. Each person is important in a healthcare team and you both seem to respect your colleagues. :)

I’m so happy I found out about this field while still in high school, since before I was set on being a doctor. It seems like pa’s already do everything that I would like to do and more! I still have so much time to educate myself and prepare of I still wish to go through with it in college! Thank you for the info❤️

I want to be a PA because I want to have a life outside of medicine. In terms of salary, there’s ways to make additional income if you wanted to like this YouTube channel, or even passive income through real estate. PA is definitely the route for me!

I like the flexibility being a PA gives you. Especially for a couple who eventually wants to have a family. It appears this will allow you more control while trying to raise the little ones. A very big plus in my book 👍

What a great video! Well-spoken and you brought many things to the table. I'm graduating at KSU this fall and taking MCAT in march/April and applying to med schools this upcoming spring! So excited!

Loved this video. I am a teacher, so not in medicine but I see a PA for Dermatology and I love her!! I have also seen an Internal Medicine PA and I loved her too. Glad you mentioned the financial aspect, I have watched too many Dave Ramsey’s videos on how some doctors don’t have great personal finance. I know you and your husband mention finance and that is amazing! Anyways, enjoying your channel and looking forward to more. Maybe some more style or hair videos. Always love a good vlog too. Cheers!

ADVICE NEEDED
Please update the video! I am struggling to make this decision. I'm 27. I graduated at 23 from undergrad, worked for a year as a phlebotomist. Then went and got my MBA during the pandemic(other issues prevented me from applying to MED/PA schools. As a 27 year old, I feel like its too late to go to medical school (especially because I will have to wait for the next application cycle, and would not start school until age 29). The idea of not making a reasonable salary until 36 seems exhausting to me. I also feel like I am the more "jack of all trades" type that could not be satisfied dedicating 60 hours a week to only one profession, an even more so, one specialty. So I guess my dilemma is that I love medicine enough to be a doctor, and the prestige excites me, but I feel like I am too late, and that maybe my personality is more in line with being a PA as I could have time to work on other interests like business, art, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m going into my freshman year of college (moving in on Monday) & I’m currently Pre-Med, but I think I’m going to switch over to Pre-PA. I’ve had health issues MDof the majority of my life which is a huge reason why I want to become a provider, but I also want a life outside of the hospital. This video was super helpful, and I would love it if you made another one going into more detail!! Love your channel btw!

You should do a video of a day in the life of a pa. Can you choose your working hours, getting into different specialties, and so on. That would be very informative.

Hi. I’m from Scotland and I’m currently doing a BSc in Anatomical Sciences. I have 2 years left and afterwards my plan is to go to college in the states and go to PA school, I like the work life balance it gives and the fact you can switch specialties. Thank you so much for your videos, they have helped me find an ideal career path for me❤️

How should a patient address their PA? When we have a doctor we say Dr. and their name. Is there a formal title for the PA or would it just be Mr. Ms. Mrs. Mx. etc? Thanks!
