Time to go into the Siglent and first of all remove the trademark rust. Then take all the plastic parts, and use a can of shielding spray on the inside, to make a conductive film, and attach to the chassis ground. Then a 15A common mode choke on each output connection to replace the token ferrite bead, and it should tame it down a lot. Case halves also add a rivet on spade lug, and then a grounding braid with the spade connector, to RF ground them a little better than the screw and hope method does.
