some odd findings here, seems like the output from SPD3303X
got low frequency regulation loop ripple ?? the purpose of this video is to show LOW FREQUENCY
regulation, and mains frequency ripple, such tings can easier be measured with AC RMS meter,
with a good bandwidth. The SDM3055 used here measure rms voltage in the range 20 Hz ~ 100 KHz, Always double check switchmode supplies with a SCOPE 0-20MHz bandwidth, for potential ripple and noise issues before you use them to drive your own circuits.
By the way : I did poke a bit inside the NPS605W added an output filter,
So it looks like that mod was effective.

Have very close setup as you :P just a few more siglent pieces like scope and signal gen ( All siglent )

A multimeter is not a good tool to measure ripple and noise. Try an oscilloscope with 20Mhz bandwidth limit, using a ground spring right at the output terminals, with the supply under resistive load. You will likely find your cheap supply exhibits lots of hf switching noise.
