This didn't fix my game but I found disabling the FXAA and changing Texture filter mode to Bilinear gained me 100+ FPS. Running Full screen windowed.

Guys if u use intel go to gameplay.intel.com and search the game and download some then say auto detect system, it will show the recommended settings for u

this probably wasnt my problem but when i enabled multicore rendering my fps went from 120 to 400
my pc specs are gtx 1660ti, ryzen 5 3600 16gb ram... so i just got my normal fps back lol, hopefully this works for u.

If i do this my game launches and i hear the game but i cant play bcs theres just a blackscrenn
